If you enjoy working with people — and want to support the Habitat for Humanity mission — we encourage you to check out some opportunities at the New Bern Habitat ReStore. The ReStore is looking for friendly volunteers to receive and clean merchandise, assist customers, and perform cash register duties if needed. Volunteers with mechanical/electrical expertise are also needed. We ask store volunteers to commit to a four-hour weekly shift for a month at a time.
